Total expenditure on benefits
State benefits and allowances were administered by the State Social Insurance Agency. Until 2001 (inclusive) state benefits and compensations for the performance of guardian’s and foster family’s duties were administered by the Social Assistance Fund, and therefore they are not included in total expenditure.

Until 1995 (inclusive) a social pension was granted to the recipients of state social maintenance benefit and disabled children.
..Benefits for compensation of transportation costs for disabled
Until 2000 (inclusive) the Social Assistance Fund administered the benefits for compensation of transportation costs for disabled.
